well this is a post from a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) Ignoramus.

I do not agree personally with the SWF, and that is the consensus amongst any experienced & qualified Natural Hygienists, who are historically, by far the most experienced personnel with fasting and fasting supervision.

The high dose sodium in a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) can cause problems.............

"Excessive sodium intake causes your body to release calcium and this can put some people, especially those with a history of kidney stones, at risk to develop another one. Currently, the National Kidney Foundation recommends that people with a history of kidney stones limit their sodium intake to between 2000 and 3000 mg per day. That's less sodium than is in a single salt water flush."...........

The greatest benefits from water/dry fasting are by non-interference: it is the most efficient way of cleansing supplied by Nature. Where, for example, do animals in the wild receive their SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) while fasting or feeding? Nature considers it to be superfluous.

If anyone IS contemplating a SWF, I would suggest doing so prior to the commencement of the fast itself and adopt the very best cleansing, curative and healing protocol of Nature....Laissez Faire.
