Larry,

It is certainly more of an "Omega-3ish" fishy-tasting oil than the others! Although I like its taste actually more than olive for oil pulling.

This discussion reminded me to do a flax-seed-oil face cleansing (put it on and let it sit until it absorbs). I haven't had time to OP today yet, so I hope this "self-annointing" (as Trapper pointed out) will give me some sort of oily goodness today...!

The other thing I do when I can remember is to take some sort of oil or oil/iodine mix and slather it on my feet, put socks on, and wait until all the oil is absorbed (either into socks or feet). Makes them clean, soft, smooth, and the corns (callouses? whatever that sort of thick crap is) fall right off. Yum, right?
