Laura - thanks, good to know I'm not totally gone. I would have thought flax seed would be a favorite for the ladies too - since it seems to infuse the skin and hair especially well.

Of course I agree with Molly too that if you're doing well with it and seem to crave it - than it's probably the one for you. I've heard quite a few people complain about the taste of flax seed oil, but the Borleans brand I use doesn't taste bad at all. That's why I thought it might be a guy thing.
