Mandolin - Please let us know how it goes. I've only been taking L-Carnitine for a few days, and although I've never had OCD... it does seem to help with being "stuck." If L-Carnitine works for you, I would like to recommend it to my son who has OCD.

Luella - What form of L-Carnitine would you suggest? There is Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Carnitine-Tartrate, and L-Carnitine-Fumarate. I found the research on them confusing and conflicting. I ended up getting the fumarate version.
