I never heard that about steroids.

I did hear though you can damage your body if you don't prepare your body properly for a water fast. I unfortunately did not do that the first time. My husband and I had a lovely thai meal and then I fell into fasting.

Second time preparation was not so great, but I tried to do my best as I had to go out of town and the like. This is still really new to me.

This brain fog this time is a killer for me.Otherwise other symptoms compared to the first time are mild except fatigue and weakness.
