During my first fast, I found that I could not sleep, detox symptoms were much worse, ravenous with hunger, weakness fatigue etc.

During this second fast, so far only had a 3 day series where I felt vicerally ill in my torso ( at which time I felt alot of stress and had taken my beloved cat for a check up and found he had lung cancer ), but what is really surprising is I am sleeping alot. Waking in the morning is like trying to come out of hibernation. I am still tired and fatigued but I think that might be a general sign with extended fasting or because I have some health issues ( I am day 13 WF).

I heard the body heals best when it sleeps so maybe I am healing more perhaps?

I still feel hunger at times. During the first fast I wonder if the detox of steroids which always made my appetite increase, was being processed out of me and made me hungry like a bear.. Well just theories on my experience.

I am glad I don't feel so ill on this one, but would love to have the energy some individuals feel.
