I would do a plain liver flush right before you do the Humaworm cleanse. Do the Humaworm cleanse for 30 days then wait 7 days and then do another plain liver flush by Hulda Clark. RG says that the Humaworm cleanse is like doing an overhaul on your entire body and the plain liver flush is like doing a car wash and detail. Donna
