Hi! I'm checking out now from this forum due to, what appears to me at least, minimal interest in what should be a main concern here - finding ways to deal with SD and exchange experiences.

All I can say so far, from my own experience, is that at least some instances of SD can be "curable". I feel quite safe to say that now after all these problem-free weeks on a very simple routine. No symptoms remain, none whatsoever.

The routine I use is little different from brushing my teeth in the afternoons, so I quite naturally tend to see this as an actual cure to my previous problems, not just a remedy to relieve symptoms.

Maybe I'll check in sometime in the future to exchange further experiences on this subject.
