This is real easy... First drop the v8 juice. It's all carbs and Sugar and you might as well be eating a bag of potatoes... tomatoes are a fruit... fruit is not good during a fast there is just too much sugar. Sugur is real tough on your organs and bascially stops the fat burning process called ketosis.
Secondly, Sugar free drinks... we are talking nutrisweet and splenda here... now I am not saying don't ever drink these again,. but if you do a little research... they are pretty much toxic and because they are so similar to sugar, your body might still react to them as if they are. some people do and some dont.
Again... go with the green tea bags. get your favorite picture fill it with water, put five bags in, stick it in the fridge. When it looks like pee its ready to drink. It's refreshing and so full of nutrients your body needs you will realize this as soon as you slam a glass. Wonderful. If you have cancer its the number one thing you are supposed to start doing... So try that... you don't need to sweeten it, its delicious ice cold.
Castor oil is poison... stay away from it. A multi vitamin (bit it in half and take it twice if you feel nauseous due to empty stomach)
Coffee is a wonderful diuretic... I highly suggest having a couple cups of coffee in the morning. its all natural and the caffeine will help curb your hunger and it will empty out your colon... You will pass things from days of your, which will then make it much easier for you to detox and take in fresh nutrients.
So no more fruit juice (V8), lay off the diet soda, incorporate green tea and lots of it, and if you need to eat something, nuts are all natural--rub some of the salt off them but remember you can't process water without a little salt... Your body cant clean itself and burn the fat without all the necessary components. Brown rice is also natural and packed with nutrients... a 1/4 cup of that or a spoonful here and there would also be wonderful.
