You can add OO (Olive-Oil) to a tablespoon of oil and swish it around your mouth. It is like a broad spectrum antibiotic, and will kill any bacteria and infections in your mouth. You will also absorb it sublingually into your system. It's a very efficient vehicle for taking it internally.

I add it to my bath, but you have to be very very careful. A few drops too much, and sensitive body parts will not be happy...at all!
