I also have found the humaworm the best protocol. The probiotics will just go right through you if they don't have good terrain to stay in there from what I've read. Onions and sweet squash and a whole foods healthy diet should make the good bacteria proliferate. You really don't need to waste money on probiotics. The essene manna bread is excellent too IMHO.
