Hi everyone,

A number of people have begun their intestinal cleansing diet, and some notice that their odor gets worse at first before it will begin to get better. This is how I understand it to be.

About sensing that your odor is getting worse before getting better, remember that the toxicity has been in your blood, sweat, and virtually your cells for quite sometime. Usually a cleansing regimen begins to give your body the welcomed opportunity to finally try to cleanse itself out now that the gut is no longer throwing toxins into the bloodsteam.
