It sounds a lot like the kind of headaches I was having at the beginning of my toxic mold exposure. You might want to check out what I wrote in response to 'headaches' just below this. People have a lot of trouble believing that mold could possibly do as much as they do to our bodies. But, they do. I have been doing extensive research on this for the past 6 years. I now believe them to be the missing link to the degenerative diseases, aging and the degenerative process of the human body. Afterall, their job since the beginning of time has been to degenerate and break down all biological material to their basic elements, and return them to Mother Earth, from whence they came.

Headaches are the most common symptom of a person getting a toxic mold exposure. It can be from their home, their workplace or school. It is often subtle and gradual, as they accumulate in the body faster than it is able to clean them from the body. Since doctors receive almost no training in mycology during medical school, they usually don't recognize symptoms as being related to a mold exposure from the person's environment.

A person I was exchanging emails with for the last couple of months just emailed me an update. They just tore out a wall at work and found a mold problem, which was not visible. He found that many of the other workers had been also experiencing headaches and other symptoms just like himself. They just had not talked about it, in order to be aware they were all having health problems from it. Usually people attribute their health problems to something else they are more familiar with.

It can also cause dehydration of the body. Mold fungi need moisture and biological nutrients like carbohydrates to survive and grow. They suck them right out of your body, leaving it depleted of both moisture and nutrients like carbohydrates. Usually resulting in a craving for Sugar carbohydrates to replace those lost. Replacing them with green vegetable carbohydrates is best. They don't like chlorophyll. The Sugar feeds them like it does the yeast mold fungi.

The mycotoxins they produce trigger the body to grow more fat. The body stores toxins in the fat tissues. The more toxins, the more fat the body will produce to store the toxins in. All diet programs should include detoxification. Otherwise, the body will just grow the fat back to store the toxins in.
