Ya years ago before thigns got really bad when I felt ill I used to just drink cartons of grapefruit juice a day and for a few years it worked, then after cutting it out it didnt really seem to help. Not that candida isnt a problem but starving yourslef of other nutrition I think just causes more mistakes.

Ya the deal breaker for me with candida is I talked to people who did that diet for years, YEARS with no results and they still held to it.

There is a point when you gotta say, AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
