Why would One not want to get a massage?

I have been using my inversion table on and off for the past couple weeks. I went for my massage yesterday. She was not as deep as normal...or so it felt. Which means, for me, that I was able to get more of a relaxing massage, than deep tissue.

I will continue using the inversion table. Although, I will not stop getting my massages either. They are not even similar, IMO. I love massages. What will be nice, is by using the inversion table, at least 4 out of 7 days, my knots from my job and whatever else, May leave and my massages will be relaxing. I am looking forward to that!
