Hi #31982,
you are very welcome.
For many months I was very reluctant to contribute very much in the way of advice here on the Water-fasting support forum, as I was conscious of being labeled as a "Know-it -all" or worse still a..........beentheredoneitseenit.......type, but I became frustrated in the end, and am now using my 30 years experience within the field of Natural Hygiene and Fasting to what I think is to everyones advantage (hopefully).
I welcome criticism, as I am not infallible, so am not the dogmatic type (please God).
