yours almost looks just like mine.But i think mine looks a lil more severe...

Leaving the crust on wont help i think.Skin is dead and useless.Just looks bad and wont improve

Im trying avocado oil...its working a miracle right now...4 days and i see no crust forming.Just on my upper middle lip which looks like new skin is forming in the crust like a scab wound...Toothpaste is slowing down the healing on my lips but im noticing dramatic improvements .Hopefully it will continue.

Use a good anti bacterial mouth wash before going to sleep
