i once tried that, it didnt turn out well. your doctor is either f**king with you or is just stupid for telling you to leave those crusts on. did he see the picture? u need to remove that and keep removing it throughout the day the best you can without forcing it. im sure those would come off easily with a bit of saliva and ur teeth. you dont let any saliva touch your lips do you?
