As MH said, the oceanside with mountains near would be ideal. I live in Northern California, Bay Area, so I almost have that. We have quite a natural environment here, relatively speaking. We have the ocean very near, and forests, and plush plants near as well.

It is very important to be near nature, to feel the earth's pulse, like a baby to it's mother's chest. It soothes us. We should also walk barefoot on grass sometimes to feel closer to nature, and keep our minds in perspective. With so many catastophes going on today in America(ie mortgage crisis, high gas prices, cuts in public school funding--out here 1,600 teachers are getting pink slips--etc, etc, etc.)it is vital to stay focused, calm, and serene bc we make better choices when we have a sound mind.
