Thank you so much moreless! I will try the bath again in the morning and let you know how it goes. The baths really scare me now plus the cold water makes it so I cannot breath. I am very active with thyroid and am very skinny!

You do mean to wait between the cycles and not do them right after another correct? Perhaps one cycle in the morning and again at night?
