That is great your work collegues know you are fasting. And some had fasting stories of their own. I think alot of people keep it to themselves normally, for fear of ridicule or reactions such as you got from one of your work collegues.

You never read about fasting in magazines, well not here in the uk anyway, maybe they would be accused of being irresponsible, especially with all this size 0 business. Just think how much the diet industry and the pharmaceutical industry would lose if everybody became convinced about it, they wouldn't want that would they, they want to keep us fat and sick, to make money out of us.

Anyway well done for getting this far.
