ananda7 yes it is pre-mixed. It is a 1/2 gallon with packets of citric acid , etc.

Your question as to where to buy it, was posted in an earlier post.
I think a wholesaler would be the place to look. You could check your yellow pages.

Someone mentioned pool suppliers but I am not sure if it is the same stuff.
