there are SO many ways to cleanse, you should really do what you feel is most comfortable
some people recommend a TWO WEEK fast before cleansing, which i think is a little extreme
i didnt fast at all, i just maintained a good diet when i was cleansing..recently i have used Oxypowder for an intestinal cleanse and i saw great results, i also used colonix/toxinout as well.
just make sure to keep up with acidopholous/probiotics so things dont get too out of whack. take care
