"eat organic - as much as possible. it is worth it. if you can only afford so much, make it count. make it raw. make it things that are more critical, like apples and berries instead of things not quite so critical, like avocados and oranges."

If your budget doesn't account for spending that much money on food, you can substitute organic food with asking God (or whatever you call your Higher Power, if you do not have a H.P., then spend the money on organic) to bless it and restore it to its highest nutritional value. Works as well as, if not better than, purchasing organic food.
