From what I've learned, flushing goes 'way back', it is not a trendy thing, recently discovered. Medical doctors in the past, used the flush to help their patients. Why is it that some persons, who take the time to study this, just can't seem to grasp that fact. One year ago, at this time, I was miserable. Initating the first couple of flushes, made me even more uncomfortable. It was all part of the process. I am a believer of this TRUTH, as this is the best I've felt in a long time. momo
