If you are asking about the calms forte, at my worst anxiety I take 4 tablets, it won't make you drowsy, spaced out. I take it at night sometimes for sleep. When I had severe benzo withdrawls I learned about it from a friend. I was taking 4 tabs an hour for the withdrawls, but now I take 2-4 tablets when needed, you can drive, function fine. Try a couple and see if they help. I can't speak highly enough about it.
