The D supplement I am taking is listed as D3.

CoQ10 doses were very diverse as I previously noted. I was reluctant to do 100mg, but that's where I'll start at.

The cal/mag is already in-hand, so I'll stay with that also. (Previous brand for the mag was citrate, current brand is oxide and citrate.

I'll re-test in three months and see where I stand.

I've done a couple ES baths. No immediate effect on my rythym, though.
