wow, thats a lot of symptoms.

for the colon i would reccomend two things - LB17, and REAL sauerkraut. LB17 is the most powerful probiotic i have ever used, and trust me i have spent a small fortune on probiotics! its aged for three years outside, creating a super strong line of bacteria.

real sauerkraut is kraut that has live bacteria in it. the best known brand on the market is "rejuvenative" and its excellent. ask at your local health food store. you can also make a type of kraut at home in your yogurt maker by mashing up cabbage and adding a probiotic starter culture.

this combo of the LB17 and kraut will help your bowels to heal and that will be a big start in the right direction.

how much and what kind of fat are you getting in your diet? how much vit D? have you done a liver flush?
