I am on day three of modified fast. I am drinking Sugar free drinks, water, and V8. I also have 1 cup of soy beans daily. At the end of the first 24 hrs I had lost 3lbs. I do understand that his was mostly water weight. It has been another 48 hours and I haven't lost anything. TMI I also haven't had a bowel movement in the last two days despite taking 2 tbsps of castor oil.

Suggestions? Should I just wait it out and see what happens?
