I was really interested to read and understand what my body will be going through during the time I am fasting. Clearly there seem to be a lot more benefits from the water only fast.

I do still have this fact on my mind:

"While a short fast will reduce the symptoms, a longer fast can completely heal."

I want the "symptoms" to be 100% gone and like the sound of "completely healing" ;D how long does a Water Fast take to acheive this result? I am on my third day of fasting and still have annoying "appitite" sensations in my gut, I hope this will go away soon like everyone says. I really need to know approximatly how long until my body has healed itself.
