Try taking ayurvedic energizing medicines like Makardwaja, Shilajit along with urine for a couple of weeks. You should be able to get good relief from pain due to the detoxification effects of urine therapy. UT most frequently needs some support from Ayurveda or natural herbs for alieviating dicomforts from such detoxification effects.
