Candida is tough to get rid of.  There's a book called "The Yeast Syndrome" that you might want to check out.  It may even be helpful to find a homeopathic or naturopath close to you that can help you through the process.  I have a a co-worker who is dealing with candida and has a homeopathic doctor helping her through.  She's just in the beginning stages and it is rough sticking to the diet he's given her.
