Here is my procedure, mix lime water and regular distilled water then kelp powder to the water. Stir it in well, then add ACV or lemon and Epson Salt then BSM again stir. Then place a straw in and place the way back in the mouth and suck it down. Then, Rinse with distilled water. Very easy for me to get a tablespoon per 8oz this way but usually only do 1 tsp.
