You really must be stupid beyond all description. We've always had cancer, and if you want to go to the cancer rates of 4000 BCE, then start killing people when they hit 40.  So yeah, thanks to modern medicine we are living to our 80s and I in your twisted way of looking at things medicine is responsible for cancer.

Aging and cancer go hand in hand, Thanks to the modern medicine that you idiotically criticize our population gets to age past 40 and as they age the incidence of cancer increases
