i like it, yes, honestly, it tastes just fine to me. the last batch i got (i buy in bulk form local health food coop) was not too good, but this batch smells much better and tastes just fine. i add it to soups, my essene bread, fresh juice, just about anything and everything.


seriously, i wonder if you all are getting some old and not so fresh kelp.

have you tried buying the whole kelp leaves and crushing them? i have thought about it but haven't yet done it. i believe bladderwrack is the same as kelp, or at least very similar in nutrient content. i think you can get whole bladderwrack for not too much. just an idea anyway.
