It sounds like a good ancient medicinal plant. I don't know what the choline content of it is, though.
I think that if you start multiple regimens around the same time, then you won't be able to identify what works and doesn't work. I recommend that you take your time, test one regimen at a time so that you have greater control to then fine-tune it as needed.
I would wait a couple of weeks while staying on your present course before introducing something new in your diet of which you don't know what choline content is. If in a couple of weeks, your odor has not improved at all, then by all means, give rhubarb a shot. And if you odor has indeed diminished, then try rhubarb to see if it doesn't increase your odor again. If it doesn't, I would say that rhubarb sounds like a very healthy vegetable that you can incorporate in your diet on a regular basis.
