I am on the last leg of my bout with candida. I'm trying to get over that final hump, if that is possible. One thing that seems to be repeated here over and over is the importance and effectiveness of a liver cleanse. I have tasted a lot of nasty and unpleasant things in my quest for recovery, but for me nothing is more disgusting and nauseating than the taste of Epsom Salts . I am disgusted just thinking about it.

My question is, at the age of 28, even though I had a serious Candida problem, how badly could I possibly need a liver cleanse? How much could it actually help me?

Would I actually pass any stones? I am skeptical at this point, but I really want to do this if it is as good as I have read.

Any help is appreciated.
