Actually, I have been feeling really good lately, so yes, I believe it is helping. But it's the whole protocol, not just the cream of tartar - the armoured acid. and inulin too, as well as taking supps to repair leaky gut. Also I am experiencing a marked improvement from not eating any wheat or dairy products whatsoever (I mean cow's milk--I rotate goat/sheeps milk products into my diet as well as buffalo milk). The hives I was experiencing have gone away as have the rashes that were on my arms.
