Wow, what unusual advice! It is very interesting!

My therapist advised 1 x 1 per week at least initially for 8 sessions in total for starters. As I said earlier, I think I had 12 in total. It was on the 3rd session where I had most movement and I passed ALOT of faeces in that session; this is because I was very backed up with alot of impacted faeces which does not move easily. I followed this up very quickly (with advice from therpist) with a 4th (within 48 hours) as I felt quite unwell because the 3rd colonic had stirred up alot of toxins which needed flushing out. I know intuitively this was correct, and after the 4th I felt terrific again.
