I have found isopropyl alcohol is the way to go at 91% dab it on all infected area's twice daily with a q-tip..

Yes, I have access to all the major databases I have looked through pub med and 4-5 other medical databases.. there is just not that much out there about FD.. and most of it is people writing about the problem rather then how to treat it :/
