I ordered 10 pounds of chia seeds from sunorganic.com today (along with a few other items). I know that sounds like a lot, but I have to place all of my orders to last the summer now because my kids are about to get out of school. We do not have a car so when I walk to the post office to pick up my mail, I have to bring a dollie (one of those things that movers use) to get my heavier boxes. It is a big fat pain to get back from the post office with my daughter and son and packages - so I'm stocking up now.

I was just wondering what is the best way to store these seeds - in the freezer, refigerator, or just in a cabinet? I keep my sprouting seeds in a cabinet usually but my sunflower, sesame, flax, and almonds are in the freezer. What do you think? Maybe I should move my broccoli seeds to the freezer too?

Thanks,
Tina.
