Trap I didn't think too much of it at the time, but back in Nov when my Iodine intake was in the 900mg -1.1gr/day I would get nasel drip that really burned the senstive skin area under the nose. I didn't think of it at time but it must have been another level of Bromide de-tox. I had the nose drip at around 200-250mg/day for a month or so but don't recall the irritation.
The sweat has always stung my eyes when I work out and I've used a bandana for along time, besides it looks cool.
