Eventhough powdered herbs are MORE CONCENTRATED, Dr. Schulze and I prefer to use FRESH herbs, because FRESH herbs have some of their Life Force remaining, as compared to dried herbs, which have NEXT-to-NONE or NONE of theirs' remaining.

If you're going to use powdered herbs, when you're making an Herbal Tincture, you would generally use, and this can vary, depending on the herb and it's potency, 1/2-1/3 of the amount of powdered herb (parts-volume) as compared to a FRESH herb together with the SAME amount of alcohol.
