I have been doing the Master-Cleanse twice a year for ten years. i only do a ten day fast. A friend of mine told me that going longer (10-14 days) he begins to see more solids flush out of his system. has this been the case for anyone else. i'm on day 8 and trying to decide on my length of fast.
