Hi there

Glad to hear it's working for your son.

I’ve been kind of following it and I've definitely seen an amazing improvement over the last few weeks. I wouldn’t say I’m 100% cured but compared to my symptoms for the last few years there is a huge difference. I hadn’t heard of TMAU a few months ago until I read about it on here so thanks to every-one's who’s posted such brilliant advice!

Since getting a positive TMAU diagnosis, I’ve been taking Nullo or Odour Blocker for the last couple of months along with Acidophilus and lots of charcoal and probiotics but didn’t notice much of a difference until a few weeks ago. I know this won't necessarily work for other people but I've had really good results with the following:

Last month: Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 2 weeks

Antibiotics for one week then for the last 2 weeks:

Every morning:
2 x Nullo or Odour Blocker
1 x Vitamin B2
1 x Zinc
3 x Acidophilus
2 x Yeast Raiders

After lunch:
3 x charcoal and 1 x vitamin B2

Mid afternoon:
1 x Nullo or Odour Blocker

Before going to bed:
1 x Vitamin B2
1 x Zinc
2 x Acidophilus
3 x charcoal

I’ve also been drinking lots of water but most importantly I’ve been sticking to the low choline diet – eat foods with the lowest choline content from the USDA's Database for the Choline Content of Common Foods – eat only fresh foods if possible – avoid anything processed. It's not easy but I've noticed on the few occasions that I've strayed form the diet that the odour returns the next day.

I’ve also been using PH neutral soap and bubble bath and use Dove roll on deodorant along with Thai Crystal Rock deodorant and have stopped wearing any perfume.

Hope this is helpful.
