Hi Moreless,

I used to take a bit of maca root in my juices years ago, and then somehow got away from adding it in (probably because I didn't like the taste).. but, strong tasting things are good for you, as you've pointed out. I was thinking of taking this again, also because it's supposed to be healing for the adrenal glands, do you find this to be true? And is it a good alkalizer?
