awww thanks beth, you're so very sweet! yes, yes, it will all come together, of this i have no doubt!

i am generally trying to be zen about my molting because i do know it is all for the grand and noble pursuit of wellness!
(i also sweep and vacuum a lot so i can't see my hair everywhere)

i have had much worse symptoms over the last 4 years - maybe it's just because this one is current that i am feeling a bit forsaken about it today... ;)
