things are getting pretty dire here: this is my hair loss from this morning alone (from my pillow and my tshirt). it's more than i would normally get from a month or more on my hairbrush!

and i should probably say this once again: apart from the hair loss, i have had some truly amazing benefits from fasting. it has already gone a long way towards correcting many of my symptoms. i'm not posting this to be alarmist or to deter anyone from fasting - au contraire! - just having a bit of a freak out about my hair.

i'm a bit surprised by how much it bothers me. i didn't think i was vain - but maybe one of my vanities is to believe that i'm not! ;)
