I hesitated on whether or no to put up an "O/T" before I posted, but I must tell ya...I have found that crapping regular is so imperative to my needing to detox while taking my megadoses of Iodine that I felt it was important to post it.

Still - we do tend to carry things overboard at times.

Discussions do tend to take a certain course of action.

I try to keep it humorous, though.
