Yes I've had the same experience - my OBs were nothing much at all when I was in much worse health. However as I steadily improved my health habits and lifetstyle, and when my immunity should have been higher as a result of these improvements, that's when my
OBs started getting worse and way more frequent.........

I am on the same page with you about maybe immunity not being the sole thing when it comes to herpes....it seems to be something else too............
